Reiki Massage

Reiki Massage combines Reiki and Swedish Massage. The aim is to provide the deep relaxation that a massage achieves with the benefits of Reiki. This will leave you feeling calm, relaxed with relieved muscle tension.

A session begins with massage to the hands and arms, shoulders and neck to the front of the body, and then continues on the back of the body to the back, neck and shoulders.

On completion of the massage, you are left to indulge in the feeling of relaxation while Reiki is used to balance the chakras and the energy flowing through the body.

Contraindications for Reiki Massage are the same as Swedish Massage. If you suffer from a medical condition it is advisable to discuss this with your therapist before finalising an appointment. If the condition is serious a therapist may seek permission from your GP before confirming any booking.
